Brokerage

Acquisition – If you are a user looking to relocate or expand, or an investor interested in an income producing property, our team will assist you with an evaluation of your needs, goals and expectations. Once a target asset is established, in-house market research will identify potential sites/buildings that suit your needs. During the physical and financial inspection stage, our appraisal, brokerage, and asset management expertise will not only identify exceptional value characteristics but also recognize quality construction, deferred maintenance and many other hidden risks associated with commercial real estate investment. Upon successful negotiation, waiver of conditions and property transfer, Nicro Realty will gladly assist with the management of your asset from construction through to disposition

Disposition – Working with you, our team will evaluate the market conditions, perform anappraisal, tailor the ideal marketing package and prepare the property to maximize exposure and capitalize on opportunities.
